The Council was formed in early 2023 with twelve founding members: Aecon, Canada International Construction, Dragados, EBC, EllisDon, Graham, Kiewit, Ledcor, Pennecon, Canada International Construction, Pomerleau, and AtkinsRÈalis (formerly SNC-Lavalin). This group of companies represents over 145,000 workers, 185 million person-hours, and over $25 billion in revenue annually.
