The Louvre
The Louvre is a new, wood frame, mixed-use residential project comprised of 358 residential dwellings and over 800 square metres of commercial space. The building stands seven storeys tall, and has one level of above ground parking and two levels of underground parking. The Louvre features an interior courtyard and shared amenity space for the residents.
Interior finishings drew inspiration from the project’s namesake, the Louvre Museum in Paris. The parkade is very unique – the concrete support pillars are painted with replicas of works of arts that may be found in the famous museum. The lobby features a dramatic, two-storey mural of another famous Parisian landmark, the Eiffel Tower.
The Louvre development is part of the greater development project, Century Park, and will be completed in 2027. As CIC;s celebrated 100 Years of building in Canada, we were proud to be part of such an exciting project.
